Open Project offers shipping within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

Shipping Costs and Delivery

Available delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes and handling charges.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for paying these charges to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider before or upon delivery.
