1. Introduction

Welcome to Open Project. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

The website www.openprojectstudios.com is operated by Open Project Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17443895.


By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, including their colours, materials, descriptions and prices.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Minor variations in appearance may also occur.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any unavailable items.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch your items and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability or another legitimate reason.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP).

Any applicable taxes included in the product price will be reflected at checkout. Shipping costs and any additional charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, subject to availability at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

Available delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruption or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights if an order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe or within the period required by applicable law.

7. International Orders and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes and handling charges.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for paying these charges to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider before or upon delivery.

We recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing an order.

8. Returns and Cancellation

For eligible online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact customerservice@openprojectstudios.com within the cancellation period. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Returned items should be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and fit. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted items.

When cancelling an entire eligible order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method without undue delay and within the legally required timeframe. We may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact customerservice@openprojectstudios.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including our name, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, text and other creative materials, belongs to Open Project Studios Ltd or its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Customer Accounts

You may choose to create a customer account on our website to access certain features, including viewing your order history and managing your personal information.

Creating an account is optional. You can place an order without registering or signing in.

Customer accounts are provided through Shopify and use email verification codes for secure access.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate and up to date and for maintaining the security of access to your email account.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact us at customerservice@openprojectstudios.com.

We may restrict or suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, prevent fraud or address misuse of our services.

You may contact us to request the closure of your account. Closing an account does not automatically result in the deletion of information we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Creating a customer account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing preferences are managed separately.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation or security.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, distribute harmful software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or legal remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
